Hold What is the hand position for the bottom hand? Other there other ways to get into tabletop?

Hello Shareen
The bottom hand is grabing the pole in a normal way... Thumb on the top. You have to really put your weight on your wrist.
They're is plenty of different way or going into tabletop. The most common in chinese pole is from the Attitude. Grab the pole in your back and shift the weight backward on your wrist.
