Barbed Wire to Butterfly
is there any easier way ot execute. when i get outof my craddle, my outside leg doesn't grip well.

If you skip the cradle and do an outside leg hook, you can then move your bottom hand below, underhanded and straight (look down) Then rotate your free leg behind you.
