Back leg doesn't lay horizontal
I can get into this position but my back leg doesn't come down very far - should I work on my splits?
Michelle Shimmy gave me a great tip for getting a really flat jade, turn your back leg OUTWARDS from the hip.
Hi there! I really recommend lying on your back on the floor hold on to to your leg (like on the pole) straighten the other leg and quickly but controlled lower it down to the splits. This will help you gain the strength in your leg to split on your back. Xx
