Difference between this and Backsplits Variation?
I can't tell how Stag and Backsplits Variation are different, other than the extension of the bottom leg. Is that the only difference?
In Stag you have a leg to hold and keep the grip; in backsplits variations, you only touch your knee, if so. Seems to be easy, but it has beem hard to me to skip from one to the other.
