My ribs squeeze my hand. Now what?
What can I do so my ribs dont squeeze my hand in Chopsticks? I try to put the hand out of the way, but I always slide until it's in the wrong place again. What am I missing?
Try leaning to the side a bit first before you try to extend the leg out.. you will need to close your "pocket" in order to avoid sliding down the pole. Once this is closed your hand should be able to move and be placed on your hip while your leg is extended out. Grab at the ankle and pull across, keeping the hip pocket tightly closed.
