Coming out of this move.
I can get into this move but I can't come out of it without it looking extremely clumsy. What's the best way to smoothly get out of this move once you're in it?

I realize how stupid this question seems because they show you how to dismount from this move in the video....but I have trouble pulling myself back up when I'm in that move like she does in the video....so I guess what I should have really asked is if there's another way to get out of this move until pulling myself back up gets easier?
I like to go back to an inside leg hang, then to an outside leg hang and do a trick from there. Just make sure the pole isn't slippery or you go tumbling down the pole anyway :S
