Hey ihr! wollte mich mal erkundigen ob ihr von den spina auch immer blaue Flecken bekommt? wie kann man das verhindern und gewöhnt ich die haut da mit der zeit dran? habe erst mit dieser tollen Sportart begonnen wäre lieb wenn mir das jemand von euch verraten könnte ;)
