Bullet Spin to Superman
Is this done on a spinning pole, and if so, is it also possible on a static?

If I had to guess, I would think the lady is doing it on a static pole.
I'm trying this one on static too, as spinning would make the Bullet Spin way too fast for me, and I think I match the speed in this clip.
Plus, I'm guessing that an X-pole on spinning would make the final spinning bit in Superman last a lot longer...

Hey Applebite, Yes this move is being performed on a static pole, but Satan is right, if you try it on a spin setting, make sure you hold on! :-)

If you don't launch yourself into the bullet spin it's not bad! But yes hold on!!!
